   Medicine Buddha
Thangka of the Medicine Buddha
by Andy Weber

with Amchi Lobsang Tsultrim

All phenomena, whether in the macrocosmic or in the microcosmic world are formed by the five elements: Earth, water, fire, air and space. In this workshop you will learn the relationship between the body and the five elements, how to keep yourself free from suffering by focusing on a healthy diet, daily lifestyle, breathing exercises, spiritual Tibetan Yoga and keeping the balance between mind and body by mindfulness of body, speech and mind.
Amchi Lobsang will explain the unique diagnostic knowledge of reading pulse, urine, eyes and tongue which can be used on yourself to prevent illness. Some important pressure points will be shown to help relieve tension, stress or painful places in the body.
